Misael may have first connected with D4D as a recipient—just as so many wonderful members of our community do—but it became clear almost immediately that he was part of the team. Helping others comes naturally to Misael. He has a gift for seeing what people need and making everyone feel welcomed and supported.
Over time, Misael became one of our most dedicated volunteers. He translates for recipients, helps process equipment, supports our team, and brings a warm, calm
presence that puts people at ease. His entire family volunteers alongside him, multiplying the impact of his generosity.
